Denver Dry Lofts Condominium
Recehty a portion of the 100 year old building has undergone renovation. The renovation left the third floor with two bedrooms and one bath units. Unfortunatly, both bedrooms have no ceilings creating no provacy while sleeping. This is not an issue for the owner/tenant who lives alone. But for most everyone else creates challenge. We have teamed up with Boland Studios 2 to create an cost effective solution. The city of Denver has approved our plans with adminstraton modifications allowing NSTrying inc to close off each bedroom adding usable storage. The goal is to add both value and marketability to our home.
